My son loves it
It's my son's phone so I can't comment on the use other than to say that he loves it. He wanted a phone with a stylus and the Note 8 was the best affordable one we could find. I had originally ordered a Note 8 from one of your competitors, unfortunately I found them first on the internet, and they sent me a notification saying that my payment went through and then nothing for a month. I checked by bank records and the payment was not processed so I emailed them and asked how they wanted to proceed. Can you fulfill the order, do we need to cancel it and reorder, how are we going to do this? Their response was to cancel the order with no further explanation or offer to fulfill the order. Now, being irate and skeptical about ordering another online I luckily found your website and tried again, Your response time and communication were excellent and the phone was delivered in short order. It wasn't originally intended to be a Christmas gift but it was delivered on Christmas Eve so it wound up being one. The phone is in excellent physical condition, it looks almost brand new. Thank you for your excellent customer service.
